We're looking for a Head of Product – Marketplace Intelligence to lead product strategy and execution across user acquisition, pricing, monetization, and marketplace performance. Reporting to the Director of Product, you'll lead Product Managers and an SEO Manager while partnering closely with Marketing, Growth, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams. This is a senior leadership role focused on leveraging data, experimentation, AI-powered decisioning, SEO, and recommendation systems to drive sustainable growth. You'll define the vision for marketplace intelligence, align teams around high-impact opportunities, and build scalable product capabilities that improve customer discovery, acquisition efficiency, and monetization. WHO YOU ARE: 8+ years of product experience, including several years leading product teams, product areas, or strategic product domains. A track record of building strong product teams, raising the quality of product thinking, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work. Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers, helping them grow in ownership, product craft, strategic thinking, and business impact. Ability to reason through complex marketplace trade-offs, including customer experience, conversion, supply, demand, margin, pricing, and long-term marketplace health. Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex marketplace, growth, data, and AI topics understandable, actionable, and inspiring. Ability to create clarity in ambiguous, cross-functional, and highly strategic product areas where the right solution is not obvious from the start. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of experimentation, product metrics, funnel performance, and business impact measurement. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aperture Cloud ’s Marketplace Intelligence product area. Lead product squads focused on user acquisition, recommendation systems, and pricing capabilities. Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ML Product Managers, and an SEO Manager. Work closely with Marketing and Growth to connect product strategy with acquisition, SEO, conversion, and marketplace growth opportunities. Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Commercial teams, and Leadership to define how AI, ML, experimentation, and decisioning systems should support marketplace growth. Translate company and product strategy into clear product problems, business requirements, decision domains, user stories, and measurable success criteria. Help the team, identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities Help teams balance customer experience, commercial outcomes, marketplace health, sustainability impact, and long-term growth. Build strong alignment across Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders. Ensure that AI- and ML-powered capabilities and strategy translate into measurable business outcomes. Communicate complex marketplace, data, ML, SEO, and growth topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
